We are looking for an experience Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the UK&I. Working in the Water Treatment market sector by managing the dedicated WT Sales Team.
*Duties*
* Lead EAM / IAM teams across areas incl. motivation/coaching and definition of deployment model.
* Support UK WT Business Manager to achieve key business goals
* Increase sales at existing customers and develop new customers and markets.
* Develop business plans and drive implementation.
* Work closely with technical sales teams and product management to develop new business.
* Ensure sales process efficiency.
*Skills*
* *Managing a sales team* : Ability to lead, motivate and manage the sales team to achieve individual goals and collective targets
* *Develop sales plans* : Experience of creating sales strategies to deliver business goals
* *Training & Development *: Support and train sales team to develop their skills and performance
* *Setting and delivering sales targets *: Proven track record of achieving sales goals through successful management
* *Building Key Relationships *: coordinating with internal and external customers through development of strong relationships
*Experience in the Water Treatment industry is desirable but not essential*
