IT Support Engineer – Level 4 Apprenticeship Job at Wellingborough Full Time

We are a forward thinking IT company based in Northamptonshire providing support to a growing portfolio of business clients. We specialise in the deployment and maintenance of cloud products and services, with a focus on Cyber Secuirty. We provide a high-quality response to a range of critical and routine hardware, network, and operating system fix requests.

We are looking for an IT Engineer to join our friendly team and learn more about Netowrking. This role involves providing remote and onsite support to our customers. As you will be working within a team environment and speaking to customers daily, your communication skills must be very strong.

You will be:

A people-person

Great with customers

Self-motivated with a can-do attitude

Able to prioritise and manage your own work load.

Able to quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues.

You will helpsupport the following:

Windows 11, Windows 10, Mac OS,

Printing, Group Policy, Backup Systems & Networking

Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and Azure, and experience of managing multiple tenants and migrations.

Mobile device management & OS – Windows, Android, IOS

VoIP phone systems

Microsoft server and desktop operating systems (Microsoft Exchange and, macOS)

Desirable Experience in:

Networking: LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Switches, Managed WIFI, Firewalls and Routers

Preferable 1 year’s experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician, preferably with an MSP or similar
