Michael Page are working with a well-established business who are looking for a Cash & Banking Accountant to support their Cash & Banking team on a short-term 2-month contract in Warrington. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping day-to-day finance operations running smoothly during a busy period.

Our client is a leading business known for its dynamic environment and market presence. Following continued growth and a period of internal transformation, they are looking to bring aa Cash & Banking Accountant in to their Cash & Banking team for a 2 month temporary period in Warrington.
Description
The Cash & Banking Accountant duties include:
- Multi-currency bank reconciliations
- Posting and matching bank transactions
- Supporting daily cashflow reporting
- Processing payments
- Assisting with month-end close and balance sheet recs
- Supporting the wider finance team with treasury-related tasks
Profile
A successful Cash & Banking Accountant should have:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Part-qualified (CIMA/ACCA) or strong transactional accountant, QBE.
- Experience with bank recs and high-volume finance processes
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel skills
