Group Finance Senior Associate 6 month FTC London Hybrid 6 month Fixed Term Contract £60,000 – £70,000 benefits Overview We are partnering with a growing global PE firm to recruit a talented and qualified accountant into their UK Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a dynamic and collaborative environment, supporting the delivery of all core Business-as-Usual (BAU) finance activities across the UK entities. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly trial balances, management accounts, and month-end MI reporting packs Support the preparation of quarterly group reporting submissions and Board packs Prepare and submit quarterly regulatory returns for regulated entities Assist with statutory financial statement preparation and year-end audit processes Manage treasury-related activities, including: Cashflow forecasting and liquidity management Invoicing and payment processing General Partner share management Debt facilities, drawdowns, and intercompany loans Coach and support junior finance team members to ensure high-quality BAU delivery Assist in the design, implementation, and enhancement of financial reporting controls and processes Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the finance function Candidate Profile: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent) Minimum of 5 years finance experience, including approximately 2 years post-qualification Prior experience within a corporate or investment management environment preferred Strong knowledge of IFRS, FRS, UK regulatory reporting, and statutory financial statements Experience preparing management accounts, trial balances, and month end reporting Experience reviewing statutory accounts and supporting audit processes Familiarity with SAP and Concur is advantageous Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail and analytical capability Proactive, collaborative, and adaptable approach Tiger Recruitmentis B Corp Certified, which means that we’ve been verified as meeting B Lab’s high standards for social and environmental impact.
