Position Overview:

This is a commission-based role. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Agent to represent our portfolio of plastic films and high barrier film solutions in the UK market. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical sales background in packaging films, with an established network and a proven ability to drive business growth. This role offers the opportunity to be a key player in QualityFoil’s strategic expansion across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of our plastic film and high barrier film product lines within the UK market, focusing on the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical packaging sectors.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity, and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Provide expert technical support, product information, and customized solutions to clients.
• Collaborate closely with our internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop targeted strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor market dynamics and competitor movements to position QualityFoil effectively and maintain a competitive advantage.
• Consistently meet and exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives within the assigned territory.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, with significant experience in the packaging industry, specifically in plastic films and/or high barrier materials.
• Deep understanding of the UK packaging market, including established contacts and knowledge of key industry players.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to discuss product specifications, applications, and value propositions effectively.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously and manage a regional territory.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK as required.
