Day Rate – £500-£700

IR35 Status – Outside

We’re supporting a client seeking an experienced D365 Test Manager to lead testing across multiple transformation initiatives. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the end‑to‑end test strategy for D365 projects
• Lead test planning, execution, and reporting
• Manage test teams, internal SMEs, and external suppliers
• Oversee SIT, UAT, regression, and performance testing
• Ensure defects are tracked, prioritised, and resolved
• Maintain strong governance, documentation, and quality assurance processes

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager on D365 programmes
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a remote environment
