This business is extremely well placed to capitalise on that trend, and the successful candidate will be central to making that happen.There is also a highly attractive commission structure: 1% of sales, paid quarterly, with the ability to earn up to £10,000 per quarter.The RoleThis is a commercially focused foodservice sales role, responsible for driving growth across the English market.You will:Develop existing relationships with national and regional wholesalersBuild new trading partnerships with major foodservice accountsTarget key wholesale and end-user opportunities across the UKGrow distribution, visibility and brand presence across foodserviceIdentify and win new business across restaurant groups, QSR, contract catering, education and healthcareWork closely with the leadership team to shape the UK foodservice strategyAct as the key commercial lead for the channel, with genuine ownership and accountabilityThis role offers a strong platform: existing relationships, a credible product range, and a business that is ready to invest behind growth.The PersonWe’re looking for a driven and commercially minded foodservice sales professional who enjoys building something.You will ideally have:Experience as a National Account Manager, Senior National Account Manager or similar within foodserviceStrong knowledge of UK foodservice wholesaleExperience working with customers such as Bidfood, Brakes, Booker or similarA track record of winning new business and developing accountsExperience selling branded food products would be beneficialStrong commercial judgement and the confidence to work autonomouslyA proactive, entrepreneurial mindsetMost importantly, you will be someone who wants more than just an account management role.
