Shift Patterns Available Night shifts: 21:00 07:00 Rota-based work with alternate weekend availability required About the Role Support Worker / Care Assistant As a Support Worker within our Extra Care Scheme, you will provide person-centred care and support to individuals living in their own self-contained apartments. Your role will help people maintain independence, dignity, and choice while promoting wellbeing and community engagement.
