Operator / Industrial Site Support Operative Aldermaston 6 Month FTC £35,000 Benefits (Pro Rata) We are supporting a leading industrial energy infrastructure business in the recruitment of a hands-on Operator / Site Support Operative to join their operational team on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a varied position supporting the day-to-day running of a busy industrial site and would suit candidates with experience in grounds maintenance, facilities support, yard operations, industrial labouring, or general site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities Supporting operational activities across site Carrying out equipment and site checks General grounds and site maintenance Assisting with housekeeping and labouring duties Supporting safe and efficient site operations About You Experience within industrial, facilities, maintenance, warehouse, yard, or operational environments Practical, reliable, and comfortable with hands-on work Positive attitude and strong work ethic Health & safety aware Full UK driving licence Experience within terminals, manufacturing, logistics, utilities, engineering, or heavy industrial environments would xhkmmrq be advantageous.
