Location: Aberdeen (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,000

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead to join our team and act as the senior point of expertise. You’ll play a key role in technical decision-making, escalation management, service improvement, and ensuring solutions are delivered to a high standard and within agreed SLAs.
This role is ideal for someone with strong 3rd line experience, great troubleshooting capability, and the ability to lead through knowledge, collaboration, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement in Aberdeen 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.
