Ideally minimum of 1 year IT support experience with knowledge of networks Experience in managed services, Telecoms’ or public sector is desirable but not essential Proven ability to work in shifts is highly desirable but not essential Knowledge of switching and routing (Cisco, Juniper etc) is desirable Skills/knowledge with cyber security, cloud or windows infrastructure / systems is desirable Open to candidates who have completed IT career switch Open to graduates with strong IT related degree Eligible to undergo UK security checks
