MRICS Building Surveyor – Prime / super prime Residential work – Oxfordshire / London patch – Hybrid working.

Established and reputable independent Chartered Surveying practice focusing on Prime / Super prime Residential Building Surveys. Due to sustained and increasing work volumes they are hiring for an MRICS Building Surveyor located in Oxfordshire / London who can carry out Residential Building Surveying work to their required standard.

A brilliant opportunity for those wanting to focus on Prime and Super Prime properties. Hybrid working situation, one day in office per week. In terms of output requirements, the expectation is around 8 – 12 jobs per month.

Offering:

• Basic salary – up to 75,000 approx. plus car allowance, plus bonus for somebody with the correct experience plus bonus scheme.
