We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Purchase Ledger) to join a well-established, business on a temporary basis. This role offers the opportunity to work within a small finance team, managing the purchase ledger while providing support across sales ledger, administration, and compliance.
What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?
- Managing end-to-end purchase ledger processing
- Conducting supplier statement reconciliations
- Assisting with the preparation of the payment run
- Supporting with the sales ledger and credit control responsibilities
Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:
- Past experience in a similar role
- Basic excel skills – ability to manipulate data
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
