Robert Half are recruiting for a commercially focused Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Leeds.
Responsibilities:
- Own the full month-end process – P&L, balance sheet and cash flow
- Deliver clear, insightful variance analysis and commentary
- Manage accruals, prepayments and balance sheet integrity
- Maintain fixed asset register and oversee capex tracking
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
- Assist with audit, VAT returns, payroll and commissions
- Identify and drive process improvements across finance
Requirements:
- Part-qualified / qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Strong technical grounding in management accounts
- Experience in analysis, reporting and business partnering
- Advanced Excel and confident with finance systems
- Commercially minded, proactive and detail-focused
