What youll do Lead national analysis to uncover trends and root causes that drive performance.
Create forecasting and predictive models to spot risks and opportunities early.
Turn complex data into clear insight that influences senior decision-makers.
Build processes that share learning and best practice across regions.
Act as the operational voice, linking commercial drivers to real-world impact.

Experience in data visualisation, mining and deep-dive analysis for insight.
Advanced Excel skills with VBA/Macros and tools like Power BI and SQL.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
A self-starter mindset with excellent prioritisation and communication skills.

Our team is North East based with our office in central Newcastle.
We’re flexible to you being elsewhere working from home and/or another Home Group office, if you’re happy to travel to meet us in the north east once in a while.
We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our central Newcastle office, (or another local office if youre not in the North East!) with the rest from home. xgikmsk
