Role Overview As a Senior Residential Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the home, leading shifts, and providing guidance to staff while ensuring high standards of care are maintained. Key Requirements Must hold one of the following:
Level 4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care Minimum 1 year experience working in childrens residential care Minimum 1 year experience managing or supervising a team Strong leadership and decision-making skills Full UK driving licence (essential) Working Pattern Approx. 56.4 hours per week (including sleep-ins) Shift pattern: 08:00 start late shift Ā sleep Morning handover the following day (08:0008:30) 3-week rolling rota Approx.
