Our client is recruiting Trainee Enforcement Agents through its Academy. This is an excellent opportunity to transfer your resilience, communication skills and judgement into a structured enforcement career, with full training, a recognised qualification and long-term development.
You do not need previous enforcement experience. We are looking for people who can stay calm under pressure, communicate professionally, follow process, make fair decisions and handle sensitive situations with integrity.

The role
As a Trainee Enforcement Agent, you will support local authorities and communities by working with residents and business owners to bring unpaid council tax or business rates up to date.
This is a responsible, field-based role where you will make in-person visits, manage a varied caseload and deal with a wide range of people and circumstances. Some situations will be sensitive or challenging, so you will need confidence, empathy, resilience and strong judgement.
You will be fully supported through a structured 12-week training programme, helping you gain your City & Guilds Taking Control of Goods Certification and develop a respected professional pathway in enforcement.
