- Creating a warm, safe, and stimulating learning environment.
- Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
- Observing, assessing, and tracking children’s progress to ensure every child thrives.
- Building strong, positive relationships with children, parents / carers, and colleagues.
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
- Promoting inclusion and celebrating diversity.
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Demonstrates outstanding classroom practice.
- Is creative, energetic, and highly organised.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is committed to safeguarding and child welfare.
