1. Personal Care
Assisting patients with bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding
Helping patients move around (e.g., repositioning in bed, using hoists or walking aids)
Supporting patient hygiene and comfort
2. Clinical Support
Taking and recording vital signs: temperature, pulse, respiration rate, and blood pressure
Assisting with wound care, specimen collection, and basic medical observations
Preparing and maintaining equipment for clinical procedures
3. Emotional and Social Support
Offering companionship and reassurance
Supporting patients with dementia, mental health issues, or terminal illnesses
Helping patients maintain independence and dignity
4. Administrative Tasks
Updating patient records accurately
Escorting patients to and from wards or appointments
Stocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness
