You enjoy making complex things simple and improving how people work every day. To be shortlisted, you need to offerExperience working in SAFe or other scaled agile environments, ideally with exposure to Solution Management or Product Management disciplinesProven experience managing the delivery and lifecycle of multiple digital solutions within a complex organisationStrong understanding of Lean and Agile principles, economic prioritisation and iterative delivery practicesExperience overseeing the development or operation of Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Automate and low code or no code environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage and improve partner delivered services including performance management, governance and value for moneyStrong track record of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levelsExperience leading or contributing to roadmap creation, portfolio planning and backlog prioritisationFamiliarity with digital delivery and governance tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOpsExperience in vendor selection, contract management or managed service modelsKnowledge of Microsoft 365 architectures including SharePoint, Teams and EntraUnderstanding of solution security, compliance and digital risk managementExposure to Projectum or similar Power Platform based project management solutionsUnderstanding of secure development frameworks such as OWASPWhat Youll Be DoingOwning the vision and roadmap for Power Platform solutions in line with business prioritiesOverseeing partner delivered development and support to ensure quality, security and long term valueEnsuring solutions follow consistent governance, documentation and release standardsLeading backlog prioritisation, PI planning and crossteam coordination to support predictable deliveryTracking performance, user adoption and service levels to drive continuous improvementPay, Benefits and CultureIf youre looking to join a company where you can work hard, have fun and help to create a net zero future then youre in the right place.
