Position: Waking Night Project Worker
Location: Sandhurst
Salary: 12,561 per annum/ 13.42 per hour
Hours: Part-time (18 hours per week)
Join our caring team at 223 College Road, a small, supported living home for adults with learning disabilities and a range of support needs. We work together to create a warm, inclusive environment where each person feels respected, understood and empowered to live as independently as possible.
The Role
- Support residents throughout the night, ensuring their safety and wellbeing
- Provide personal care with dignity and compassion
- Administer medication and complete light household tasks
- Respond to emergencies and offer emotional support
- Maintain clear records and carry out safety checks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Shifts:
Thursday & Friday nights
About You
You are reliable and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to inclusive support. You work well both independently and in a team. Experience is helpful, but not essential – full training and the chance to gain a recognised qualification are provided.
A full UK manual driving licence is essential.
