Fleet & Warehouse Manager Job at Slough Full Time

Lamb Brothers Ltd are hiring a Fleet & Warehouse Manager to join our growing team in South West London.

We are looking for someone highly organised, hands-on, and detail-oriented to help manage our fleet of luxury production support vehicles and warehouse operations.

This role will initially begin on a part-time basis (25–30 hours per week), with the intention of moving into a full-time position within 6 months as the company continues to scale.

Responsibilities:

Luxury vehicle detailing & presentation to a very high standard

Routine vehicle maintenance checks

Organising and managing warehouse space

Keeping products, consumables & kit stocked and accounted for

Maintaining cleanliness and organisation across the warehouse & fleet yard

Supporting day-to-day operational logistics

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence

Previous experience in vehicle detailing, valeting, or cleaning vehicles to a high standard

Strong attention to detail

Reliable, proactive and self-motivated

Flexible availability for both day & night shifts

Comfortable working independently and as part of a fast-moving team

Pay:

£18.50 per hour

£25 per hour for hours worked after midnight
