As the Research Support Manager, you’ll use your resourcefulness, proactivity and exceptional organisation skills to create an environment at the London Business School where quality research can thrive and grow. Sharing information, facilitating funding, and maintaining our information channels, you’ll play a key role in keeping us at the forefront of research excellence.

Main Responsibilities;

• Delivery of high-quality research support service.
• Development of processes to ensure compliance with sector requirements related to open access, research data management, and research integrity.
• Compliance with internal processes, funder regulations, and broader HE research landscape.
• Production of high quality reports to identify trends and issues.
• Projects deliver on time, on budget and to high quality standards and targets.
• Successful development of relationships within and outside the team, and positive feedback from colleagues.
• Improvements to processes and procedures in the research support service.
• Up to date and accurate financial information for internal funds.
