Clinical Negligence Solicitor – Remote – Up to £85,000 + benefits + bonus
This is a superb opportunity to join a Top Tier Legal 500 firm specialising in Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury. Due to continued growth within the Clinical Negligence department, the firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to strengthen its specialist team.
You’ll handle a varied and interesting caseload of high-quality Clinical Negligence claims, working across both pre- and post-litigation matters within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
- Handle a mix of pre-litigation and litigated Clinical Negligence claims
- Manage your own caseload independently
- Investigate liability and quantum in complex cases
- Instruct medical experts and manage expert evidence
- Progress files through to settlement efficiently
- Deliver strong client care throughout
- Support the wider team in driving case progression and performance
- This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-quality claims within a flexible, fully remote structure
About You:
- Clinical Negligence Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Clinical Negligence
- Experience managing your own caseload
- Strong understanding of liability and quantum assessment
- Confident instructing experts and progressing litigation
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Strong communication and client care ability
- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Team-focused with a proactive approach
