We are now looking for an experienced Employment Relations Advisor to join our People Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by driving a proactive, commercially focused approach to employee relations across the business.
The Role
As our Employment Relations Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for all things Employee Relations. You will partner closely with managers and leaders to provide clear, pragmatic advice while building confidence and capability to manage people matters effectively.
This role is key in helping us move from reactive case handling to a more insight-led, preventative approach, supporting business performance and strengthening our culture.
