About the Role
As a Digital Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering diverse and intricate digital projects for both our clients in the healthcare sector and the company. These will include the design, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications, the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, as well as the creation of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics.
You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.
At Costello Medical, our Creative team is passionate about data visualisation and enhancing the communication of scientific content. We are also committed to supporting projects where we believe our skills can make a meaningful difference to healthcare. Therefore, you will have the opportunity to support not only commercial projects, but also pro bono work for charities and the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
Hybrid Working Policy
Hybrid Working Policy: We believe that having face to face time in the office holds many benefits and is central to ensuring that the community we have created, where people have a workplace they belong to and feel part of, is never lost. Therefore, we offer flexible working arrangements that allow our colleagues who have passed probation to work from home up to half their time, measured across a 2 week rolling period. During your probationary period (normally the first 6 months of the role), you will be able to work from home 1 day per week.
About You
We are seeking a motivated individual who can contribute innovative ideas to enhance our digital design service offerings. You will have a great understanding of aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail. You will also take pride in delivering a consistently exceptional service to both clients and colleagues within a dynamic and fast paced environment.
This role requires a problem solving mindset, strong analytical skills, as well as an enthusiasm for learning new technologies to produce high quality project deliverables.
