Warehouse Operative – Freezer Warehouse, Reading
Join a leading national company as a warehouse operative in a freezer environment. Multiple shifts are available to suit your schedule, offering excellent pay and the chance to develop your career in a dynamic warehouse setting.
Shift Patterns & Pay:
- AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £14.89/hr
- PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £16.57/hr
- Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 (Sun-Thurs) | £17.61/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
- Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90-100%.
- Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
- Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
- Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.
Requirements:
- Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically capable of lifting, loading, and carrying items.
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
