CLOSING DATE: MONDAY 8TH JUNE 2026Salary £50,000 to £70,000 per annum, depending on skills & experience.Full-time (36.5 hrs/week); permanent.Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for automation engineering and building long-term customer relationships? Do you thrive in a technical sales environment where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to hear from you.We’re looking for an experienced external Sales Manager with a background in automation to join our growing valve & automation engineering business. This is a key role within the company, to identify new business opportunities, retain and maintain our valued existing clients, and implement sales activities. This position requires frequent travel across the UK and Ireland to support and develop relationships.You will have specific responsibility to promote our range of automation products, including Pneumatic, Electric, and Hydraulic automation packages plus associated equipment. A high level of technical understanding of our products and services will be required, along with great communication skills with engineers and buyers alike.This role require collaboration with internal teams to develop new products and solutions, negotiate sales terms and review distributor’s performance. Some office attendance is required to fulfil the role.If you don’t possess this level of automation/actuation experience, then we are keen to receive applications from external sales engineers who want to work in the field of automation and can show us the skills to develop in this role!Who are we?
