*The role:*

As our Master Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of vehicles to the highest standards. You will be a key member of our team, providing expert technical support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Accurate and efficient diagnosis of complex vehicle faults.* Performing high-quality repairs and servicing on a variety of vehicle makes and models.* Utilising diagnositc equipment and software effectively.* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of automotive technology and advancements.* Ensuring all work is carried out to Bosch Car Service standards.* Providing technical support and guidance to other technicians.* Maintaining a clean and organised workshop environment.* Completing all necessary paperwork and documentation.

*Essential Requirements:*

* Proven experience as a Master Technician in a busy workshop environment.* Extensive knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Excellent attention to details and commitment to quality.* Valid full UK driving licence.* Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.).* Experience with Bosch diagnostic systems is highly advantageous.
