An established, family-owned manufacturing organisation with a strong presence across the UK and Europe is seeking a Team Leader / Supervisor to join its production operations looking after a small team of 3 people. The business operates within a technically driven, quality-focused environment and has built a reputation for delivering high-performance industrial solutions to a diverse customer base. Continued growth and investment have created the need for an experienced leader to support shop floor operations. The Role The Team Leader / Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing night production activities, ensuring that output, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved. This role requires a hands-on leader who can effectively manage teams, coordinate workflow, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Key Responsibilities Supervising and leading a production team to achieve daily targets and KPIs Ensuring adherence to quality standards and operational procedures Promoting and maintaining a strong health & safety culture Coordinating resources, materials, and workflow across shifts Supporting training, development, and performance management of team members Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains Candidate Profile Previous experience in a Team Leader / Supervisor role within manufacturing or production Strong people management and leadership capability Experience working in a structured, quality-led environment Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methods is advantageous Effective communicator with a proactive and organised approach For more information, please apply now!
