Food Production Operative Job at Portsmouth, Hampshire Full Time

PAY: £13.95ph

Shifts: 19:00-07:00, 4 days on 4 days off

Wild Recruitment are looking for reliable, hands-on Production Operatives to support a fast-paced food production team during peak periods. Our client is a leading fresh-produce manufacturer supplying major supermarkets across the UK.

For those who do not drive, there is a bus that will collect workers from Portsmouth and drop them to the site in Chichester

What you will be doing

• Assisting with preparing and cooking food products
• Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
• Operating basic machinery (full training provided)
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures

What we are looking for

• Someone reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (fresh produce factory)
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team
• No previous experience required – full training provided

Please note Warm PPE will be provided by the client: wellies, fleece and gloves, however you will need to dress warmly underneath
