The Role

As a Junior Customer & Sales Support Executive, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service while supporting the wider sales function. This is a varied position where you’ll be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing orders, and building strong client relationships.

You’ll work closely with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey from order through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional and timely support to customers via phone, email, and internal systems
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and requests, resolving issues efficiently
• Process customer orders accurately using internal systems
• Support the sales team with bespoke and customer-specific orders
• Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines are met
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery
• Log all customer interactions clearly within CRM systems
• Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement
• Work collaboratively across teams to support business goals

About You

• Previous experience in a customer service or office-based role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and customer-focused mindset
• Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
