About the Role

A global streaming and entertainment platform is expanding its live events and live sports offering in the UK and is seeking a commercially aggressive Senior Sales Partner to help monetise its growing portfolio of premium live properties.

This is a highly hands-on commercial role focused on driving advertiser revenue across major live sports and entertainment events. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, activating relationships, pitching sponsorship concepts, negotiating commercial agreements and closing revenue directly with brands and advertisers.

Current and upcoming live inventory includes major global sports and entertainment properties such as:

• WWE
• NFL
• Boxing
• Tennis
• International live events and premium entertainment programming

The initial commercial focus of the role will centre heavily around monetising WWE inventory and securing new sponsorship revenue from brands aligned to passionate live audiences and culturally relevant entertainment properties.

Success in the role will be measured through the ability to generate sponsorship revenue quickly, secure new advertiser partnerships and create commercial momentum around key live properties within short sales windows.

This is not a strategic partnerships or account management role. We are specifically looking for commercially driven operators who thrive in fast-moving live environments and are comfortable taking opportunities from outreach through to commercial close.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and develop direct relationships with brands and advertisers aligned to premium sports and live entertainment audiences
• Proactively identify, pitch and close sponsorship and commercial partnership opportunities across live events inventory
• Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting and outreach through to negotiation and revenue close
• Develop commercially compelling partnership ideas tailored to specific audiences, fan communities and live moments
• Generate revenue quickly within fast-moving commercial windows tied to live event programming
• Help shape sponsorship packaging, commercial positioning and advertiser solutions around emerging live properties
• Work cross-functionally with internal sales, activation and marketing teams to execute live event go-to-market plans
• Support the evolution of live monetisation strategy through market feedback, advertiser insight and commercial performance
• Contribute to a high-performance, collaborative and low-ego team culture

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in sponsorship sales, sports commercialisation, live events monetisation or advertiser partnerships
• Proven track record of originating, pitching, negotiating and closing commercial deals directly with brands and advertisers
• Strong existing relationships with premium sports advertisers, sponsors and decision-makers
• Experience monetising premium sports, entertainment or culturally significant live audiences
• Commercially aggressive “hunter” mentality with the ability to operate autonomously
• Strong understanding of the UK sports, sponsorship and media landscape
• Ability to work effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous and low-structure environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Experience working across premium sports, live entertainment, gaming, music, creator-led or youth-culture ecosystems is highly advantageous
