Are you a proven relationship banker with a strong network of high-net-worth clients and a track record of growing deposits?
We’re partnering with an international bank that is investing heavily in its UK Personal Banking proposition. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a growing business area, lead a team of experienced Relationship Managers, and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the function.
This is not a desk-based management role. You’ll be out in the market building relationships, winning new clients, growing deposits and acting as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth and affluent individuals.

The Opportunity
As Head of Personal Banking, you’ll be responsible for driving client acquisition, growing deposits and delivering an outstanding client experience.
You’ll act as the face of the bank for many new and existing clients, building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to introduce a wider range of banking solutions through specialist teams.
Alongside managing your own portfolio, you’ll lead a team of Relationship Managers and Private Banking Officers, creating a high-performance culture focused on growth, service excellence and client outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing

We’re keen to speak with experienced Relationship Managers, Team Leaders and Banking Professionals who combine strong commercial instincts with excellent relationship-building skills.
You’ll likely have:
Experience working with international clients or emerging markets would be advantageous, but is not essential.
