Scrum Master – Active SC, Jira, Agile

Up to £620pd (Outside IR35)

Hybrid / London

6 Months

My client is an instantly recognisable consultancy who are currently seeking a Scrum Master with Active Security Clearance (SC). You’ll play a key role in driving Agile delivery and optimising workflow management for a major, high-profile end client.

Key Experience:

• Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery environments
• Active Security Clearance (SC)
• Strong, hands-on expertise with Jira Software (Epics, boards, workflows, reporting)
• Understanding of secure or deployed environments, including air-gapped or restricted networks
• Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or similar)
• Proven ability to manage delivery in highly regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working across large-scale client programmes
• Familiarity with government digital standards or delivery frameworks
• Exposure to integrating legacy systems and modern cloud-native platforms (e.g. AWS)
• Understanding of DevSecOps practices within secure environments
• Relevant Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master)
