Senior Employee Relations Manager | London (Old Street, hybrid)
Robert Half is partnering with one of the UK’s most loved hospitality brands.
Lead complex & high-risk ER cases end-to-end
Partner closely with the Head of People to take full ownership of ER
Manage external relationships (ACAS, legal, tribunals)
Use data to spot trends, risks & opportunities
Support on evolving employment law & policy changes
You’ll also have 1 direct report (ER Case Manager) – experienced and largely self-sufficient, so this is about guidance rather than heavy management.
Strong focus on manager coaching & long-term capability building
Deep understanding of UK employment law & policies
Someone who can balance risk, people & business needs
Hybrid: 2 days in office (Tues fixed)
