Position: Social Worker – Adults 16–25 (Hybrid) DoLS/MCA Focus
United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is seeking a Social Worker for the Adult Disabilities Team in South Gloucestershire. The role involves managing a caseload of young individuals with disabilities, conducting assessments and support planning, and working collaboratively with health professionals. This position offers hybrid working between Badminton Road Offices and home, with a 3-month initial contract for 37 hours a week at a rate of £38 per hour.
Successful candidates must have strong experience in adult social care and Social Work England registration. A driver with access to a car is essential.
