Hygiene Shift Manager
Hygiene – Taiko Acton- BONSAI
Contract: Full Time Salary: £42,000 – £45,000 Contracted Hours: 42

We’re looking for a Hygiene Shift Manager who brings that same mindset.
About You:
This is a role for someone who thinks like an owner. You don’t walk past problems—you fix them. You take responsibility for standards, your team, and the environment you create on shift.
You’ll lead a team where passion shows up in the detail—in spotless environments, audit-ready processes, and a job done properly, every time.
You won’t work in silos here. You’ll move fast, together—side by side with Production, Engineering, and Technical teams to keep the site running at pace without ever compromising on safety or quality.
And we want someone who will speak openly—sharing ideas, challenging where needed, and helping us continuously improve how we work.
Key Responsibilities:
A natural leader who brings people with you—not just manages them.
Someone who takes pride in doing things properly and holding high standards.
Comfortable speaking up, challenging, and driving change.
Calm under pressure and able to keep pace in a fast-moving environment.
Experienced in hygiene within food manufacturing or FMCG.
Flexible to work 4 on / 4 off (days & nights)
