Job Title: Learning Support AssistantLocation: New Malden
About the Role: Supporting students with a range of needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and SEMH.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide classroom-based support
- Adapt learning materials and activities
- Encourage independence and participation
- Support social and emotional development
Ideal Candidate:
- SEN or care experience preferred
- Supportive and adaptable approach
- Strong teamwork skills
