We are looking for an Associate Director to join our Deal Services team. We are looking to strengthen our M&A team and grow the execution and origination capabilities and as such this role will be key in achieving our ambitions.
You’ll make an impact by:
Leading engagement processes from start to finish.
Leading deal teams and supporting with local team management.
Liaising with clients, target businesses and other professional advisors during execution of transactions.
Overseeing the production of deal documentation including IMs, Teasers, Buyer Research packs, exit papers, Heads of Terms etc.
Researching, preparing and supporting presentations / sales pitches for new business.
Relationship building with potential clients and intermediaries (private equity houses, banks and corporates).
Leading origination capabilities.

We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here’s what we’re looking for in our ideal candidate:
Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent qualification.
M&A experience in the order of 4-5 years PQE.
Experience of working on transactions including private equity.
A track record of working on buy‐side and sell‐side, as well as finance raising.
Strong numerical, financial and modelling skills based on a well‐developed understanding of financial statements.
