An established and highly respected independent property consultancy is seeking an experienced Residential Block Property Manager to join their growing team. The Role * Managing a residential block portfolio, responsibilities will include conducting regular site inspections and preparing follow-up reports * Managing repairs, maintenance works and approved contractors * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and fire regulations * Preparing and managing service charge budgets * Handling leaseholder and client enquiries professionally and efficiently * Managing Section 20 consultations, LPE1 packs and leasehold matters * Monitoring service charge and ground rent collections Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience in Residential Block Management * ATPI or MTPI qualified (essential) * Strong knowledge of Section 20 procedures, service charges and LPE1 documentation * Full UK driving license and own vehicle required What’s on Offer * Hybrid working (2 days from home after probation) * 23 days annual leave + bank holidays + additional Christmas closure days * Full CPD and professional training support * Business mileage paid at 45p per mile * Laptop and mobile phone provided * Regular company socials and events * Free breakfast at work * Stable long-established business with genuine progression opportunities Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm #J-18808-Ljbffr
