As Compliance Lead, the role will be responsible forfostering and maintaining a strong culture of compliance across Soldo. Thisincludes ensuring that our risk management and regulatory compliance programsare in line with regulatory requirements and supervisory expectations, whichincludes ensuring there is an adequate training program across theorganization.
Reporting to the Head of Risk & Compliance, who hasoverall responsibility for the Risk and Compliance function. This role willlead, coordinate and deliver the Compliance roadmap, working across theFinancial Services division and cross-functionally to ensure consistency acrossthe group The successful candidate will be responsible for horizon scanning ofregulation in the UK but potentially also beyond the UK depending on futurecompany expansion plans.
You will ensure that daily compliance risk management andregulatory reporting, including metrics, trend analysis, and recommendationsare in place. In carrying out this role, the person will engage with externalstakeholders, including Regulators, and will work collaboratively and act as apoint of contact for advice with many internal teams across the business,including AML/CFT, Legal, Operations, customer interaction and technology &IT platform teams.
Also ensure consistent approach to compliance standardsacross SFS Ltd, and SFS Dac while maintaining full compliance with allapplicable jurisdictional requirements.
