Since 2006, we’ve supported families across the UK with specialist, at-home care for children, young people, and adults living with complex health needs. About the Role:

You will work closely with our clients family, providing compassionate, person-centered care while assisting with her

personal care needs . We’re looking for someone who is not only caring and reliable but also

creative and proactive , with the ability to come up with

fun, engaging, and meaningful activities

to support her development, independence, and enjoyment.As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and and their families, working closely with one or a small number of clients in your local area.

Location : Deal & nearby areasShift Pattern : 12 hour

day

nightClient Focus : One client per shiftRota : Set rota with optional overtimeAll new team members attend a

week-long, fully funded classroom training program . You’ll learn everything from the Care Certificate standards to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care – preparing you confidently for your first shift.
