We’re supporting a growing renewable energy business with a strong UK and Ireland presence to appoint a Finance / Office Administrator. Based in Alloa (fully office-based), this is a permanent opportunity, ideally full-time (37.5 hours per week), with flexibility to consider part-time applicants (minimum 30 hours) for the right individual.

This is a pivotal support role within a multi-million-pound group managing significant operational and development-stage assets. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and Finance Director, helping to maintain robust financial controls while ensuring the smooth running of core finance and administrative processes.

The Opportunity

This is a broad and varied position, combining transactional finance, bookkeeping and general office administration. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records across the group, supporting purchase-to-pay processes, reconciliations and VAT returns, while also assisting with wider office coordination.

It’s ideally suited to someone who takes pride in detail, enjoys working independently once established, and thrives in a dynamic, growing environment.
