Job description:
We’re currently looking to recruit a Mechanical Technician to join our team,youll report into the Team Leader and will support maintaining port side cranes, mobile structures and fixed infrastructure. Knowledge of fault finding, using a CMMS and maintaining equipment within a live environment is key. Your background should be predominantly mechanical but some exposure to industrial electrical would be highly beneficial.
The role is based on a 39-hour working week, with standard hours of Monday to Thursday 7:30am4:00pm and Friday 7:30am3:00pm, alongside participation in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support, where call-outs attract a minimum 4-hour payment, with additional hours paid at overtime rates.
