Associate – Restructuring – Investment Bank Job at City of London Full Time NEW

Eaton Recruitment are excited to be working with a Top 5 Global Restructuring Boutique looking to add a Associate to their growing team based in the London office.

You would be responsible for the origination and execution of a variety of transactions within our clients London office , including debtor- and creditor-side restructurings, specials situations and distressed mergers and acquisitions.

Financial Modelling

Valuation Analysis

Transaction Support

Due Diligence

Industry & Market Research

Client Presentations & Interaction

Collaboration with senior bankers, legal advisors, and restructuring professionals
