We’re recruiting a Technical Support Associate to support customers across a range of IT services, helping resolve issues, coordinate support activities and deliver an excellent customer experience.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a Service Desk, IT Support, Customer Support or MSP environment who enjoys working with customers and wants to develop their technical and professional skills.
What You’ll Be Doing*Acting as a key point of contact for customers
*Supporting service requests, incidents and escalations
*Coordinating with technical teams to resolve issues
*Supporting customer onboarding and service adoption
*Monitoring customer satisfaction and service performance
*Identifying opportunities for service improvement
*Building strong customer relationships
What We’re Looking For*Experience in an IT Support, Service Desk, MSP or customer-facing technical role
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
*Experience using service desk, CRM or ITSM systems
*Understanding of Microsoft technologies and IT support environments
*ITIL Foundation or willingness to obtain certification
Essential Requirements Eligible for SC Clearance
Full UK Driving Licence
Able to work from the Bristol office 5 days per week
