What We’re Looking For:

To Deliver Projects to a high standard, on time and within budget.

To ensure Great Customer satisfaction, by exceeding delivery expectations, maintaining close customer contact.

To own & effectively control all allocated projects.

To provide clear & detailed project planning, communication, execution and reporting, administratively and on site.

Proven experience servicing and maintaining Fire Sprinkler systems.

Good working knowledge of sprinkler systems, valves, pumps, tanks, and associated equipment.

Understanding of relevant industry standards, including BS EN 12845 and BS 9251.

Experience carrying out routine inspections, testing, fault finding, and remedial works.

A commitment to health, safety, and compliance at all times.

Key Responsibilities include:

To perform the routine Service and Maintenance of Sprinkler service and maintenance / Protection systems in accordance with all appropriate National / International Standards, Codes of Practice, Guidance Notes and OEM Manuals.

To provide attendance for the non-routine maintenance visits (Call Outs) and to remedy the associated issues in a timely and professional manner.

To complete all paperwork accurately and to have this returned to the office in a timely manner.

To attend site and conduct oneself in attire and a manner expected from a professional Fire Engineering company.

To ensure all equipment issued to yourself by the company is used and maintained as designed and any items requiring Calibration are returned to the office in a timely manner.

To ensure all expenses and timesheets are completed correctly and issued in a timely manner and within the timeframes set out by the Finance Department.
