I’m supporting a search for a Head of Fleet to join a business operating a large vehicle fleet across the UK.

This role will suit someone who enjoys improving fleet performance, maximising utilisation, reducing downtime, managing supplier relationships and driving operational excellence.

The successful individual will be responsible for fleet performance, maintenance operations, supplier management, operational reporting and leading a high-performing team.
