Application Software Engineer – Contract – Christchurch – SC/DV

Your Role:

As the Application Software Engineer, your role will include;

Design, code and test of bespoke complex software products.
Fault finding and resolution of issues in a production environment to a successful conclusion.
Producing clear and concise technical documentation.
Collaboration with other members of the team: sharing knowledge and peer reviewing others’ work.

About You:

As an experienced Application Engineer/Software Engineer your experience may include;

Proficient in C# and Visual Studio.
Windows Forms and .NET Framework.
Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment
Understanding of the Software Lifecycle.
Configuration management and version control.
Deploying software in Virtual Environments.
Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2019/2022 configuration.
.NET and modern user interface frameworks.
Knowledge and understanding of PowerShell.
Knowledge of Oracle/SQL.
Knowledge of UML
